We are pleased to release another major version update for CHARMM-GUI. In this version, we have added a facility to generate a heterogeneous lipid bilayer with and without membrane protein. So far, we have 26 lipid-component molecules to generate a lipid bilayer, and the user can freely choose the number of different lipid types and the ratio between those lipids.
